Newion is a pan-European early-stage VC firm, investing in B2B software companies. Based in Amsterdam, we support ambitious founders across Northwest Europe with capital, experience, and network access to help them become category leaders.

This internship is designed for ambitious early-career talent looking to gain hands-on experience in venture capital. As a Visiting Analyst, you’ll be part of the core team, working closely on:

• Deal sourcing

• Market and company research

• Investment evaluation

• Exposure to early-stage tech founders across Europe

• Month 1–2: Structured onboarding into VC and startups

• Month 3–4: Apply your learnings in live deal flow

• Month 5–6: Deeper involvement in investment work

Adapted for 4-month duration.
