Nexaminds is looking for a Senior Vault Architect to own the strategic design and enterprise-wide architecture of our secrets management and data protection ecosystem using HashiCorp Vault.

Qualifications we are looking for:

10+ years of experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, or Security Engineering, with 5+ years of hands-on architecture-level experience with HashiCorp Vault in production, enterprise environments
Deep, architect-level expertise in Vault: storage backends, seal/unseal mechanisms, multi-region replication (performance and DR), namespaces, and enterprise policy design
Proven experience designing Infrastructure as Code frameworks (Terraform in particular — Vault provider expertise required)
Strong background architecting solutions across Kubernetes and multi-cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
Advanced scripting/automation skills (Python, Go, or Bash)
Experience defining observability and audit strategy (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Splunk)
HashiCorp Certified: Vault Operations Professional strongly preferred
Excellent communication skills
