SUMMARY OF THE ROLE

The Senior Accountant will be responsible for assisting with the Company’s day-to-day accounting and reporting functions including the monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting close process.

Manage the monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting close process to support the preparation of monthly management reports and the Company’s required 10-Q and 10-K SEC filings.

Prepare and/or review monthly reconciliations of general ledger accounts.

Assist with preparation of management reporting package.

Prepare, record, analyze and report accounting transactions and ensure the integrity of accounting records for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with U.S. GAAP and internal policies.

Coordinate and collaborate with peers within the Company as well as Accounting, to ensure processes are created and performed efficiently and accurately.

Interface with external auditors with respect to the Company’s financial statements.

Assist with certain accounting and internal control functions as needed.

Other accounting and special projects as requested.

5+years of accounting experience.

Big 4 accounting experience is a plus.

Strong US GAAP knowledge

Experience with SAP S4/RISE is a plus.

Strong critical thinking, interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills

Ability to effectively interact with senior management.

Required/preferred education:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.

CPA in good standing preferred.
