Location: Marble Falls, TX
Status: Full-Time
Schedule: Three 12-hour shifts per week
Clinic Hours: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM, seven days a week

NextCare Urgent Care is seeking a Full-Time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team in Marble Falls, Texas.

This role is ideal for a clinician who values autonomy, variety, and work-life balance while practicing in a fast-paced, well-supported urgent care environment. Full-time clinicians typically work three 12-hour shifts per week, with monthly schedules released in advance and no after-hours tasks.

In this role, you will evaluate and treat patients of all ages, manage acute illnesses and injuries, provide occupational health services, order and interpret diagnostic studies, and perform urgent care procedures such as suturing, splinting, and wound care as applicable.

Qualifications:

Active, unrestricted Texas NP or PA license
FNP certification required for Nurse Practitioners
NCCPA certification required for Physician Assistants
Active DEA license, or ability to obtain
Ability to treat patients of all ages
Active BLS certification
DOT certification, or willingness to obtain

Prior urgent care, emergency medicine, or fast-track experience is preferred, along with strong procedural skills and experience with initial x-ray interpretation.
