CGS is seeking Customer Service Representatives. 

  • * Work from home, we provide the equipment! You must have a WIRED High Speed internet with a minimum of 40 Mbps/sec upload and 40 Mbps/sec download.   
  • Answer incoming customer inquiries 
  • Data Entry to record customer information within our customer service database 
  • Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns 
  • Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's policies and call guidelines.  
  • Other duties as requested 

 

Job Qualifications: 
  

  • You have a High School diploma or GED 
  • You know how to juggle multiple tasks at the same time 
  • You have good listening skills and professional phone etiquette 
  • Ability to read and follow instructions for specific customer resolution tasks 
  • Basic knowledge working with computers in a work environment
