The Store Director will lead a team of department managers and staff, ensuring that all store activities align with company policies, procedures, and objectives.
Responsibilities

- →Develop and implement strategic plans to drive sales, increase profitability, and meet performance targets.
- →Lead, mentor, and manage a team of department managers and store staff, fostering a positive work environment.
- →Monitor and analyze sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
- →Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, food safety standards, and company policies.
- →Manage store budgets, expenses, and financial reports, ensuring all financial targets are met.
- →Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure the availability of products, negotiate pricing, and manage stock levels.
- →Handle customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner.
- →Plan and execute promotional events and marketing initiatives to drive traffic and sales.
- →Ensure store layout, merchandising, and product displays are aligned with company guidelines and optimize the customer shopping experience.
- →Maintain a high standard of cleanliness, organization, and safety within the store.
- →Maintains a safe work environment

Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Manages subordinate supervisors who supervise Associates in the store.
- →Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of this unit.
- →Directly supervises non-supervisory associates.
- →Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
- →Training Associates; planning, assigning, and directing work.
- →Appraising performance; rewarding and coaching Associates.
- →Addressing complaints and resolving problems.
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED);
- One to three months related experience and/or training;
- Or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
- Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
- Ability to work with Supermarket math concepts such as addition, subtraction, division, multiplication, percentages, distribution, penetration, gross profit, and Sales Per Associate Hour.

PAY RANGE (depends on industry experience)
$44,200 up to $100,000 / year with 15% potential bonus (IL Locations Only)
