Responsibilities
~2 min read- →Become a subject matter expert in the MPower Proactive AI Agents solution, such as, but not limited to, data model, reporting structure, and AI-driven functionalities.
- →Design, develop, and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics tools that provide business-critical insights to internal stakeholders and external customers.
- →Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements, workflows, and data needs, translating these into effective BI solutions.
- →Collaborate with global cross-functional teams to analyze customer journeys, identify trends, and build data-driven solutions.
- →Learn and continuously adapt to modern technologies, such as, but not limited to, AI-enabled data management and automation tools.
- →Participate in and lead the definition and implementation of optimization strategies, leveraging deep insights from data.
- →Create and maintain technical documentation including data models, system architecture, and implementation guides for clients and internal teams and support data governance efforts by documenting processes, maintaining knowledge bases, and contributing to data security best practices.
- →Write efficient and optimized SQL and query language scripts to extract, transform, analyze, and present data in meaningful formats.
- →Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to BI tools, data pipelines, and system integrations during the implementation process.
- →Contribute to building and evolving data standards, best practices, and scalable solutions for reporting and analytics.
- →Take initiative in proposing and experimenting with new tools, architectures, and methodologies for data storage, processing, and visualization.
- →Ensure the delivery of BI solutions on time, within scope, and within budget while maintaining high-quality standards.
- →Share expertise and foster a collaborative work environment.
- →Provide on-call support to global customers.
- 3+ years experience in a consulting / data engineering / professional services role.
- Experience in working with databases (relational and non-relational) at scale (ex: MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, Cassandra, etc.).
- Experience in working with data warehouse, data lakes, and the associated ETL and reporting tools (example: Looker, Power BI, Tableau, Redshift, etc.).
- Expertise, knowledge, and understanding of architectures needed to build business-centric reports from multiple data sources (ranging from basic to complex).
- Proven experience with Query Languages (SQL/NoSQL), data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or Looker), and report/dashboard development.
- Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Willingness and enthusiasm to learn complex AI-driven platforms and tools.
- Ability to successfully work in a team-oriented, highly collaborative environment.
- Ability to clearly communicate and present to stakeholders (internal and external).
- Amenable to work shifting schedules & Hybrid (2x onsite).
Nice to have:
- Familiarity with AI/ML-driven data solutions, or interest in learning.
- Experience working in cloud environments (Example: Azure, AWS, or GCP).
- Exposure to Python, R, or other scripting languages for data analysis.
- Understanding of data privacy, security, and governance frameworks.
