Senior Education Professional, Development (NiCE Systems, Inc; Atlanta, GA): Design and develop technical instructor-led training (ILT), virtual ILT, and eLearning content for company Analytics and Quality Central platforms. Own the end-to-end training lifecycle, including needs analysis, curriculum design, content development, validation, and delivery. Develop and maintain technical documentation, lab guides, and troubleshooting exercises to support hands-on learning. Ensure training materials remain accurate, up to date, and aligned with product releases and best practices. Partner with Product Management and R&D to gain deep understanding of system architecture, new features, and release changes. Act as a global technical point of contact for trainers, providing product guidance, troubleshooting support, and enablement. Install, configure, upgrade, and maintain training lab environments, including servers, databases, and supporting services. Deliver technical training sessions to customers, partners, and internal employees as needed. Support trainer readiness by enabling instructors on new or updated course content. Manage multiple development initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced, release-driven environment. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to meet delivery timelines and quality standards.

Minimum requirements: Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related field, plus six (6) years of progressively responsible post-baccalaureate work experience in the job offered or related occupation.  

Must have experience with the following: 

• developing and delivering technical training materials;
• Windows Server Administration (roles and features, Internet Information Services, and New Technology File System/Universal Naming Convention security principles);
• SQL Server Administration (user/login provisioning, maintenance jobs, backup/restore, basic queries, updates, and deletes);
• Networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, SSL certificate administration, and encryption protocols);
• troubleshooting complex technical issues across application, server, and database layers;
• developing technical training curricula, labs, and learning assets for enterprise software;
• Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel);
• collaborating with SMEs and cross-functional teams; and
• instructional design principles and adult learning methodologies.
