About the Role
~1 min readProducts win when design is part of the strategy, not an afterthought. At NiCE, we're building intelligent enterprise tools used by some of the world's largest organizations and we're looking for a Senior UX Strategist who can work shoulder-to-shoulder with product leadership, bring a culture of design innovation, and use AI as a creative and analytical tool to ideate faster, assess markets sharper, and build experiences that differentiate.
In this role, you'll be measured by your impact on the product and not just the process. Here's what you're here to achieve:
- Build winning products with product teams- Embed a high design mindset into product strategy from day one — as a co-creator, not a service. Review and direct design work for strategic alignment, consistency, and quality.
- Champion an innovation culture- Make innovation a habit, not an event. Introduce practices and frameworks that shift teams from reactive design to proactive, opportunity-driven thinking.
- Lead with AI- Use AI tools throughout ideation, research synthesis, and rapid prototyping and design
- Own market and competitive intelligence- Continuously assess the competitive landscape and translate findings into actionable design differentiators. Know what best-in-class looks like, and help us go beyond it.
- Be the hub for design innovation- Serve as the go-to person for design direction, inspiration, and the push to build something genuinely better — across teams and products.
Bachelor's/Master design degree, Interaction Design, Human Factors, or equivalent practical experience, AI Certification.
15+ years in UX, product design, or a related discipline, with at least 5+ years in a cross-product or strategic design role.
Proven track record of collaborating with product teams to shape strategy, not just design output.
Hands-on experience designing for intelligent recommendations, conversational interfaces, and agentic workflows.
Experience running competitive analysis and translating findings into design strategy.
Proficiency with A/B testing methodologies; ability to design experiments, interpret results, and make design decisions grounded in data.
Fluency with UX analytics tools and behavioural data — understanding user flows, drop-offs, engagement patterns, and how to act on them.
Strong portfolio with case studies demonstrating strategic thinking, process, and measurable outcomes.
Knowledge of accessibility standards (W3C, Section 508).
Figma make, Mixpanel, Amplitude, or FullStory, AI Tools.
