Manager - LATAM Expansion

Work with the Head of Global Expansion to execute Nium’s LATAM licence roadmap. For each market in the roadmap you will:  

• Identify the optimal route to market based on regulatory environment, banking ecosystem and Nium’s product requirements.  

• Lead licensing strategy and regulatory engagement in each target market, owning end to end the application and authorisation process.   

• Establish local entities and create a hiring plan based on license requirements.  

• Track budgets, risks, timelines, and report on a periodic basis to Head of Global Expansion and the wider senior leadership at Nium.  

 You should have: 

• 5+ years of experience in the legal, compliance or consulting space. 

• Strong experience in fintech, payments, e-money, cards, or stablecoins.  

• Proven experience managing licensing projects in LATAM markets. 

• Strong understanding of regional regulatory frameworks covering payments and electronic money.  

• Experience working with regulators.  

• Strong commercial and project management skills 

• Fluency in Spanish and English required
