We're looking for a Data Analyst to join our recently formed Product-Led Growth team, where you'll work alongside sales and marketing colleagues and directly support our growth engineer. In this role, you'll be at the intersection of product and customer insights, helping us understand customer behavior to optimize the sales and adoption of our advanced and our plus features. You'll work autonomously in a dynamic environment where your analytical skills and business acumen will directly impact our growth strategy.

Responsibilities

Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights, communicating findings effectively to technical and commercial stakeholders

Analyze user adoption patterns, feature usage, and Product-Qualified Lead (PQL) triggers to identify high-value behaviors and optimize conversion opportunities

Measure and report on marketing campaign performance across multiple channels

Lead A/B testing initiatives, analyzing results and assessing statistical significance to support data-driven decision-making

Design and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports, delivering end-to-end analysis across product, financial, and performance data

Build and maintain ETL pipelines, manage API integrations, and develop Python scripts for scalable data workflows and orchestration

Oversee end-to-end data processes, ensuring data quality, accessibility, and reliability from extraction to visualization

Collaborate cross-functionally to define priorities, align on data strategy, and ensure data initiatives support overall business goals
Holds a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (HBO/WO level)
Has 3+ years of experience in product or digital analytics (required)
Has hands-on experience with analytics tools such as Heap, Mixpanel, Amplitude, or similar
Is proficient in Power BI and Azure (or comparable data platforms)
Has experience working closely with marketing and commercial teams
Understands APIs and data integrations (experience with HubSpot is a plus)
Demonstrates strong analytical skills, with a track record in analytics strategy, data analysis, and visualization
Communicates effectively, translating complex data into clear business insights for stakeholders
Is proactive, self-driven, and comfortable working in a low-management or autonomous environment
Has experience in payroll or HR software (nice to have)
Is fluent in English (Dutch is a plus)
We offer a yearly salary of 50K to 60k including holiday allowance, depending on experience
