Technical Scrum Manager

We are looking for an Engineering Manager who has got good experience of working with AWS, Azure or GCP and is very proficient in the agile delivery model.

1. →You would be responsible for driving reusable terraform based cloud platforms for different cloud providers like GCP, AWS, Azure.- 5
2. →You would be Involved in driving the adoption of DevOps best practices across different projects in an organization.-8
3. →You would facilitate implementation of fully automated Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery, Continuous Deployment pipelines and DevOps processes for Agile projects-2
4. →You would be responsible for orchestrating, leading, and executing multiple projects by utilizing standard of agile methodologies and tools-3
5. →You would be responsible for leading a team of 8-10 people and focus on their growth path.
6. →You would be responsible for supporting the Head of IT Operations in setting up cloud centres of excellence and FinOps best practices across the organizations.-6
7. →You would be responsible for maintaining the Burn down charts, Velocity Chart using JIRA and Confluence of documentation.
8. →You would be responsible for facilitating various sprint ceremonies like daily standups, sprint planning, sprint retrospective, release retrospective, aligning team for sprint goal, grooming sessions, sprint demo’s etc.
9. →You should be tracking Service Incidents/ Problem tickets and documenting RCA for cloud infrastructure incidents.
10. →You would be point of contact for external communications (e.g. from customers or stakeholders)
11. →You would ensure deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint.

1. Overall experience of including 8–10 years in cloud infrastructure and 10 years of people and technical leadership experience.
2. You should have experience with the driving team for the automation of AWS or similar cloud infrastructure deployments.
3. Good understanding of Infrastructure and deployment of CI/CD process using GIT, Terraform, Jenkins, Ansible, python boto 3, Helm, etc.
4. You should have exposure to services like Kubernetes, RDS, etc..
5. Good understanding of SRE tools like Datadog, New Relic, etc. is plus.
6. Should have managed a team of 8 to 10 people.
7. You should have excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (such as definition of done, user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement).
8. You should know how to drive Poker Planning/ T-shirt Sizing technique for Sprint Planning
9. You should have experience of working with teams spread across different functions in an organization.
10. You should have good knowledge in Agile best-practices, processes, and tools in support of DevOps processes.

• BE/B.Tech or equivalent degree in Computer Science or related field.
