Responsibilities
~2 min readThe Hearing Screen Program Administrator is responsible for centralized administrative, operational, and systems support for the Hearing Screen Program. This role ensures consistency, accuracy, and efficiency in program-wide processes by managing reporting systems, contracts, financial analysis, and cross-functional coordination. The Administrator serves as the operational backbone of the program, enabling clinical and operational leaders to focus on their core responsibilities.
- →Manage the new program contract process from financial analysis to execution.
- →Initial review of contracts for renewal needs and directs to the AVP for escalations, refers negotiations/terminations to the Division Manager or processes contracts with no issues.
- →Responsible for Financial oversight of the Divisions, including financial forecasts and monthly high-level reporting for VP/AVP/Clinical review.
- →Creates and monitors action plans for underperforming locations and ensures compliance and completion of approved plan.
- →Reviews and monitors monthly expenses to ensure adherence to budget, informs Division Managers of any deviations.
- →Assists with budget process by providing feedback and validations.
- →Participate in monthly meetings with Finance, Subsidy, Legal, People Operations, and Business Development.
- →Participate in Quarterly National Site Supervisor and biannual HS Town Hall meetings, and HS Leadership meetings.
- →Collaborate with the Marketing team for media responses and oversee the maintenance and updates of the Division HS SharePoint Page
