North Point Technology is hiring Operations / Infrastructure Analysts to support a global deployment of Autonomous Mobile Robot (AMR) systems across manufacturing environments. This role is ideal for a hands-on Linux professional who can provision compute environments, deploy software stacks, and maintain stable operations across multiple production sites.

Responsibilities

→Provision, configure, and maintain Linux-based compute environments supporting AMR systems across global manufacturing locations
→Install and support AMR software stacks in production environments, ensuring system stability and performance
→Perform system administration, monitoring, and troubleshooting across distributed infrastructure
→Support deployment activities across multiple sites in North America and Europe
→Develop and maintain standardized documentation for system configurations, processes, and operational procedures
→Partner with engineering and operations teams to ensure reliable system performance in live manufacturing environments

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
3+ years of experience in Linux system administration or infrastructure operations
Strong experience with Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) or similar Linux distributions
Experience with server provisioning, system configuration, and operational support
Ability to troubleshoot system-level issues in production environments
Strong documentation and communication skills

Requirements
