About the Role
~1 min readNorthspyre sits on one of the largest, most unique datasets in real estate development—covering budgets, costs, contracts, invoices, and change orders across thousands of active projects. We’re building a market intelligence engine that turns this data into insights developers, owners, and CFOs trust.
This role is a rare hybrid of data analysis and journalism. You’ll uncover trends in messy, real-world data, shape clear narratives, and publish authoritative content that positions Northspyre as the source of truth for development intelligence.
This role blends analytical rigor with editorial judgment, curiosity, and storytelling. Hustle, curiosity, and editorial judgment matter as much as analytical rigor.
