Description
- Ensure staff file compliance is at 80% or above.
- Ensure staff documentation is at 80% or above.
- Attend and direct weekly multidisciplinary team meetings.
- Number of grievances/maltreatment reports is no greater than 1 per month.
- 100% Training Compliance.
Job Duties and Responsibilities: (Essential Functions)
- Plans, directs and coordinates mental health services.
- Provides clinical direction, and education to staff
- Provides consultative guidance to staff regarding approach and services.
- Creating a sense of community and team among program staff and recipients.
- Overseeing diagnostic assessments and treatment plans and supporting client progress toward goals.
- Hiring and training staff.
- Managing team performance and program staffing schedules.
- Provide guidance to staff by evaluating recipient development plans and making recommendations.
- Facilitating clinical supervision meetings.
- Consulting on solutions for confidential or highly sensitive projects.
Requirements
Skills and Experience: (Minimum requirements in terms of educational background, work experience, licenses/certifications or other knowledge skills and abilities)
- Master's degree in behavior science.
- Current and valid Minnesota license as an: LICSW, LP, LPCC or LMFT.
- Board approved to supervise candidates toward licensure.
- Three years (6,000 hours) of full-time experience in human services.
- Two years (4,000 hours) of full-time supervisory experience.
Additional Skills and Experience: (Preferred or helpful)
- Experience providing services to people with mental illnesses.
- Three years (6,000 hours) of full-time supervisory experience in mental health services.
