Northwest Administrators, Inc. is looking for a Participant Services Representative to join our team and serve as the friendly, knowledgeable voice of our organization.
Responsibilities
~1 min readAt NWA, we pride ourselves in providing exceptional customer service. As a customer service representative for our client service center department, you are the front line! You will take calls from customers who have questions about about retirement and healthcare benefits. You will:
- →Assist walk-in participants and providers with questions or documentation
- →Provide accurate information on claim payments, eligibility, and retirement plans
- →Thoroughly document calls in the computer system
- →Verify and update customer information
- →Mail various forms and information as required by the customer
- Organized. Able to juggle and prioritize workloads, have strong analytical skills
- Communicator. Strong verbally and in writing including interpersonal skills
- Service Minded. Passionate about customer service--delivering it like you expect to receive it
- Detailed. Attentive to detail with excellent problem-solving skills
- Technically Savvy. Proficient with technology, intermediate level with Excel and Word
- Bilingual. Fluent in Spanish (highly preferred)

- Union scale wages, raises every 6 months, starting at $19.88/hr. up to $26.29/hr.
