At Nothing Bundt Cakes, our Joy Creators are the heart of the guest experience. You’ll be the friendly face that welcomes guests, helps them find the perfect treat, and makes every visit feel special.

What You’ll Do

Welcome every guest with a warm, friendly, and genuine attitude.
Provide exceptional guest service and create memorable experiences.
Help guests select cakes, Bundtlets, Bundtinis, gifts, and other products.
Take and accurately fulfill guest orders.
Answer guest questions about products, flavors, ingredients, and promotions.
Handle transactions accurately using the bakery's POS system.
Package and present products according to Nothing Bundt Cakes standards.
Keep the front-of-house area clean, organized, stocked, and guest-ready.
Maintain attractive product displays and ensure merchandise is properly presented.
Assist with phone orders, online orders, and third-party delivery orders.
Support large orders, celebrations, fundraisers, and special events.
Communicate guest needs and bakery priorities with the Bakery Manager and team.
Follow all food safety, sanitation, and company standards.
Jump in wherever needed to support the bakery and the team.

Previous customer service or food-service experience is helpful, but not required. We’re willing to train the right person!
