About the Role
~2 min readDevelop and own the cross-sell strategy and roadmap for Cash Loans and Credit Lines, identifying high-potential customer segments for multi-product adoption.
Design targeted cross-sell value propositions that sit at the intersection of customer needs, product eligibility, tech feasibility, and financial return.
Own the cross-sell P&L and track core metrics: cross-sell take-up rate, products-per-customer ratio, time-to-second-product, incremental revenue per customer, activation and usage of the second product, and overall LTV uplift.
Architect end-to-end cross-sell customer journeys — from in-app triggers and pre-approved offers to seamless onboarding for a second product — ensuring a frictionless experience that deepens engagement.
Identify and build partnership integrations (online/offline retailers, ecosystems) that serve as cross-sell channels or co-branded triggers for existing customers.
Continuously analyze and optimize unit economics (UE) of cross-sell initiatives, balancing acquisition-like incentives with long-term portfolio profitability.
Build and manage the cross-sell product management process, define a success matrix for cross-sell initiatives, and run a prioritized experimentation roadmap.
Work cross-functionally with risk, marketing (CRM, lifecycle), IT, finance, and legal teams to align cross-sell campaigns with credit policies, communication governance, and tech delivery (both locally and with HQ).
Drive continuous improvement of the cross-sell customer journey (CJM), ensuring that every touchpoint reinforces trust and value, and that new features meet cost, quality, and performance targets.
Requirements
~1 min readSolid experience in consumer lending (Cash Loans, Credit Lines, Credit Cards, PDL, or other unsecured credit) on the business or risk management side — mandatory.
Proven track record of driving cross-sell, up-sell, or multi-product adoption in a financial services or fintech environment is a strong advantage.
Deep understanding of adjacent functions: risk management, lifecycle marketing, and IT.
Strong upper-intermediate English (both spoken and written) — required for regular communication with international teams and HQ.
Powerful analytical skills, ability to frame cross-sell as a product discipline, out-of-the-box thinking, and flexibility. Comfortable managing multiple experiments and initiatives simultaneously.
Genuine curiosity about customer behavior, openness to new ideas, and advanced communication and stakeholder management skills.
