Responsibilities

→Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, scraping, sanding, patching holes, and applying primer.
→ Paint walls, ceilings, doors, trim, cabinets, and other surfaces using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment.
→ Match paint colors and finishes according to company standards.
→ Repair drywall damage, cracks, and minor imperfections before painting.
→ Protect floors, furniture, fixtures, and other surfaces from paint damage.
→ Clean and maintain painting tools and equipment.
→ Complete apartment turnovers within required timelines.
→ Follow all safety procedures and properly handle paints, solvents, and equipment.
→ Communicate with supervisors regarding project status and material needs.
→ Assist with other basic maintenance tasks as assigned.
