Responsibilities

→Manage the daily operations of the household
→Coordinate family schedules and appointments
→Keep the household running smoothly and efficiently
→Communicate and manage tasks using the Skylight Calendar
→Assist with general household organization and planning
→Support the family's day-to-day needs in a proactive and positive manner

Requirements

Previous household management experience required
Experience working in a busy, active family home
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
Comfortable using technology, including the Skylight Calendar
Reliable, flexible, and able to work independently
Warm, welcoming, and inclusive, with a professional and discreet approach
Must be able to provide 3–5 professional references
