Core hours: 2:00 PM–8:00 PM
Earlier starts (10:00–11:00 AM) when children are out of school

Responsibilities

→Provide attentive care for five children across multiple age groups.
→Manage children's daily routines and developmental activities.
→Pick up children as needed and transport safely.
→Handle child-related household management (approximately two hours daily), including organizing children's spaces, laundry, meal prep, supplies, and scheduling.
→Communicate consistently with parents and proactively anticipate household needs.
→Travel domestically and internationally with the family 7–10 times per year.

Requirements

5+ years of professional childcare experience, especially with infants and multiple children.
CPR/First Aid certification (BLS preferred; family will pay if needed).
Valid driver's license.
Valid passport and ability to travel internationally.
Comfortable swimming with children.
Up-to-date Tdap and at least one COVID-19 vaccination.
Warm, confident, organized, and an excellent communicator.
