Responsibilities

→Prepare meals and snacks for the children
→Run errands as needed
→Tidy up after morning routines (light pickup only — a separate cleaner handles deep cleaning)
→Prepare karate uniforms/gear ahead of after-school activities
→Coordinate after-school activities, including karate and aftercare
→Support the 6-year-old's respiratory health needs as directed by the family
→Support the 8-year-old's routines and behavioral strategies related to ADHD
→Maintain and update the family's Skylight calendar to keep schedules current
→Establish and maintain household systems to support a smoothly run home
→Support two children (ages 6 and 8) through the transition to a new school

Requirements

Prior experience as a Nanny/House Manager required
Experience supporting children with respiratory conditions and/or ADHD strongly preferred
Strong organizational skills and experience managing household systems/calendars
Comfortable coordinating after-school activities and transportation
Must be able to provide 3–5 professional references
