Responsibilities

→Laundry, tidying, and general household upkeep
→Meal prep and cooking dinner for the family (meals are allergy-conscious; the household eats the same food)
→Grocery shopping
→School pickup and walk home
→Plan and lead age-appropriate activities, outings, and playdates (hosting and attending)
→Drive children to instrument lessons, sports, and activities
→Help the youngest child with reading
→Support the family's gentle-parenting approach — clear boundaries, calm redirection, explaining rather than harsh discipline

Requirements

Valid driver's license; confident winter driving
Comfortable driving a family-provided vehicle
Strong swimmer, comfortable swimming with children
CPR/First Aid certification, or willingness to obtain
Current flu vaccination
Comfortable managing a child's food allergy, including carrying an epipen and preparing allergy-safe meals
Reliable, patient, organized, detail-oriented, and active
Occasional overnight availability a plus (not required)
Must be able to provide 3–5 professional references
