A family in the greater Palm Springs area is seeking an experienced, dependable long-term Nanny to care for their three children, ages 3, 4, and 5. The 5-year-old has been diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (Level 2), and the ideal candidate will have experience supporting a child with additional needs, along with patience, consistency, and a warm, engaging approach. This is an afternoon role, Monday through Friday, in a household where a parent works from home.

Responsibilities

→Provide attentive, engaging care for three children (ages 3, 4, and 5)
→Support the daily needs and routines of a child with ASD (Level 2)
→Plan and lead age-appropriate activities and play
→Assist with light meal/snack preparation for the children
→Maintain a safe, tidy environment in the children's areas
→Support consistent afternoon routines

Requirements

Proven experience caring for multiple young children
Experience supporting a child with additional/special needs strongly preferred
Reliable, punctual, and able to commit long-term
Must be able to provide 3–5 professional references
