Responsibilities

→Provide attentive, engaging care for two young children
→Assist both children with morning routines and getting ready for the day
→Handle morning school drop-off and daycare/family drop-off
→Meet the older child off the afternoon bus at the home and provide care through the end of the shift
→Prepare snacks and lead age-appropriate activities and downtime
→Tidy up after the children and maintain child-related spaces

Requirements

Prior professional childcare experience
Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle required
Current CPR and First Aid certification
Warm, patient, and reliable caregiving approach
Comfortable in a home with two friendly dogs
Able to commit to a set weekday split schedule long-term
Must be able to provide 3–5 professional references
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
