QMS Specialist

Essential Functions:  

• Developing, reviewing, and updating quality manuals, procedures, and documents.  

• Conducting audits, inspections, and tests to verify compliance and identify issues.  

• Analyzing data and reports to evaluate performance and suggest improvements. Providing training and guidance to staff and stakeholders on quality matters.   

• Collaborating with other departments and external parties to resolve quality problems and implement corrective actions.  

• Reporting on quality outcomes and initiatives to management and customers.   

• Adherence to NSG/Pilkington Standards of Business Conduct and its Values and Principles. 

• Other duties as assigned by manager.
