At North Shore Pediatric Therapy, we’re seeking a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team. You’ll provide personalized, in-clinic therapy through evaluations and individualized treatment plans designed to meet each child’s unique needs. With 80% of our clients receiving multiple services, this is a truly collaborative, interdisciplinary setting—complete with opportunities for co-treats alongside Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapists, BCBAs, and Mental Health providers. - You have a master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology and an Illinois state license in good standing.
- You have prior experience conducting assessments to identify the strengths and needs of each client.

As part of our interdisciplinary team, you will collaborate with SLPs, OTs, PTs, BCBAs, Mental Health Practitioners, and Neuropsychologists. Your responsibilities include:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations to diagnose communication and feeding disorders
- Make appropriate cross-referrals to other disciplines
- Develop individualized treatment plans and goals for each client
- Provide one-on-one therapy sessions to improve speech, language, social, and feeding skills
- Educate families, staff, and the community on AAC and other communication supports
- Collaborate with doctors, teachers, and pediatric therapists for coordinated care
- Keep detailed records of progress and adjust plans as needed
