We are currently seeking a Data & AI Engineer to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN). Job Duties: Role Overview We are looking for GenAI & Data Engineers to build intelligent AI solutions that integrate with enterprise data platforms. You will work on developing AI agents, data pipelines, and analytics solutions to support: • Automated research and document generation • Data-driven insights for compliance and risk • Continuous monitoring of AFC, Compliance, and ORM MI datasets ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities GenAI & AI Development • Develop and implement LLM-based solutions using modern frameworks • Build AI agents and workflows for: o Research automation o Document generation o Data analysis • Implement RAG pipelines over enterprise data • Perform prompt engineering and output evaluation ________________________________________ Data Engineering • Build and maintain data pipelines for ingestion and transformation • Work with: o Structured data (SQL, warehouses) o Unstructured data (documents, PDFs, logs) • Perform data cleansing, transformation, and enrichment • Support data modeling and query optimization ________________________________________ Analytics & Monitoring • Develop solutions for continuous monitoring of compliance datasets • Analyse AFC / Compliance / ORM MI data for trends and anomalies • Build data-driven insights and integrate with AI workflows ________________________________________ Integration & Development • Develop APIs and backend services for AI solutions • Integrate AI models with enterprise systems • Ensure performance, scalability, and reliability Minimum Skills Required: Required Skills Core Skills • 6+ years of experience in Data Engineering / Software Engineering / AI • Strong hands-on programming in Python • Experience with GenAI / LLMs and AI frameworks • Strong SQL skills and experience with data processing Data Skills • Experience with: o ETL/ELT pipelines o Data transformation tools (Pandas, PySpark) o Data warehouses / lakehouses • Understanding of data quality and validation AI Skills • Knowledge of: o RAG architecture o Embeddings and vector search o Prompt engineering • Exposure to Agentic AI concepts Engineering Skills • Experience with APIs, microservices • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS preferred, Azure, GCP) ________________________________________ Nice to Have • Experience in banking / compliance datasets • Understanding of risk and regulatory reporting • Exposure to dashboarding tools (Power BI, Tableau) • Experience with real-time data processing About NTT DATA NTT DATA is a $30 billion business and technology services leader, serving 75% of the Fortune Global 100.
