We are currently seeking a Innovation & Transformation Program Manager to join our team in Burnaby, British Columbia (CA-BC), Canada (CA). NTT DATA is seeking a Delivery Project / Program Manager to lead the Innovation & Transformation (I&T) program for a specific client. This role is fully dedicated to the delivery of the I&T program, with end-to-end accountability for governance, execution, and outcomes across all program workstreams. This client operates in a highly regulated, mission-critical healthcare environment where continuity of service, compliance, and workforce stability are essential to safety and public trust. This requires a delivery partner that can ensure reliable, compliant, and cost-effective workforce delivery across complex, multi-year IT and digital health engagements. NTT DATA supports this customer by providing end-to-end delivery governance, workforce planning, and operational oversight, ensuring the right skills are available at the right time while meeting contractual, financial, and public-sector accountability requirements. This requires a dedicated delivery leader to execute the Innovation & Transformation (I&T) program exclusively, ensuring high-quality outcomes aligned to enterprise transformation priorities. Responsibilities: Program Leadership (I&T Program – Dedicated) • Full accountability for oversight of the I&T program • Lead all program workstreams and projects • Define scope, timelines, and deliverables • Maintain integrated delivery plans • Ensure delivery on time, budget, and quality Delivery Governance & Execution • Establish governance and reporting structures • Act as primary escalation point • Drive risk and issue management Resource & Workforce Management • Lead resource planning and forecasting • Manage cross-functional teams (50+ resources) • Ensure workforce readiness Financial & Operational Management • Own financial performance and forecasting • Monitor Performance Standards and delivery performance • Drive continuous improvement Stakeholder & Client Management • Build executive relationships • Act as trusted advisor • Lead governance forums Compliance & Quality Assurance • Ensure regulatory compliance • Maintain audit standards • Drive quality assurance Requirements: • 10+ years in IT/professional services delivery • 5+ years in senior delivery leadership • Experience managing large teams (50+) • Strong financial and stakeholder management • Public sector/healthcare experience preferred About NTT DATA NTT DATA is a $30 billion business and technology services leader, serving 75% of the Fortune Global 100.
