We are currently seeking a Senior Power BI Developer to join our team in Pune, Mahārāshtra (IN-MH), India (IN). "We are looking for a skilled Power BI Developer to join our Data & Analytics team. In this role you will design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports that drive business decisions across the organization. You will work closely with data engineers, business stakeholders, and the broader Microsoft data platform team. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Design and develop Power BI reports, dashboards, and semantic models (datasets) Write optimized SQL queries and stored procedures to transform and prepare data Build and maintain data pipelines and lakehouses within Microsoft Fabric Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into visual solutions Implement row-level security (RLS) and workspace governance best practices Maintain documentation for reports, data models, and data lineage Monitor report performance and optimize DAX measures and data models REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE 3+ years of hands-on Power BI development experience (reports, dashboards, semantic models) Strong SQL proficiency — writing complex queries, CTEs, window functions Experience with Microsoft Fabric (Lakehouses, Data Factory, Pipelines, OneLake) Solid understanding of DAX for calculated columns, measures, and time-intelligence Familiarity with Power Query (M language) for data shaping Experience with Azure services such as Azure Data Lake, Synapse, or Azure SQL Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences NICE TO HAVE Microsoft certifications (PL-300, DP-600 or equivalent) Exposure to Python or R for data preparation Experience with Git-based version control for Power BI projects CORE TECHNOLOGIES  Power BI SQL Microsoft Fabric DAX Power Query (M) Azure Data Lake" About NTT DATA NTT DATA is a $30 billion business and technology services leader, serving 75% of the Fortune Global 100.
