We are currently seeking a Software Development Senior Specialist to join our team in Guadalajara, Jalisco (MX-JAL), Mexico (MX). # L2 Production support · Good experience on Linux/Windows system platforms and Perl, Shell Scripting. · Good knowledge on Database like DB2/MS-SQL/Mongo DB (SQL and stored procedures). · Experience as a Java/.Net application developer and production support engineer is an added advantage. · Possesses good knowledge of different software systems, client/server architectures and various compatibility requirements. · Proficient in handling the most complex of technical development concepts, latest software tools and technologies, strong database concepts and designing techniques. · Hands on experience in production deployment and release management · Hands on experience in troubleshooting and debugging application issues · Experience in implementing monitoring solutions in an enterprise environment that would include configuration and integration. · Knowledge on SDLC & Release Management Process & Products and Autosys are added advantage. · Understands different programming languages and ability to solve problems in coding, testing and deployment. · Strong analytical skills required. · Highly self-motivated and ability to work in high paced environment with tight deadlines · Strong interpersonal skills - good client facing skills as well as excellent oral and written communication Skills. · Experience in troubleshooting, software development processes and ability to understand and implement client requirements. · Ability to communicate effectively with teams and clients · Understand project/Program requirements, coordinate with resources and direct the projects/Programs in the right direction in a timely manner. · Ability to manage change and effectively pass on the information down the line to concerned teams for smoother execution · Effectively lead teams and inspire others to achieve goals through innovation, quality and excellence., · Should be willing to work in Shifts and Weekends About NTT DATA NTT DATA is a $30 billion business and technology services leader, serving 75% of the Fortune Global 100.
