We are currently seeking a Testing Engineering Specialist Advisor to join our team in bengaluru, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN). * Definition, maintenance and continuous improvement of a risk‑based test approach for GRPro and squaRE based on existing test strategies and regulatory requirements. * Structuring, consolidation and evaluation of test results coming from different test levels (e.g. functional tests, regression tests, end‑to‑end tests). * Preparation of test completeness and test readiness evaluations prior to releases or productive changes. * Documentation and validation of test artefacts required for audit, compliance and internal control purposes. * Definition of test standards, templates and quality criteria to be applied by involved development and test teams. * Functional coordination and enablement of already existing test resources (e.g. nearshore testers), limited to methodological guidance and quality criteria. * Evaluation and integration of automated test results (e.g. end‑to‑end UI tests) into the overall test reporting. * Methodological and content-related support of the internal Release Manager regarding test-related content in the Release Management Cockpit and AzureDevOps, limited to validation of test evidence, consistency checks of documented test results, and preparation of test-related input for release decisions. The contractor does not coordinate releases across teams as they do not act as a substitute for internal release management roles. * Support of the introduction and further establishment of automated end-to-end UI testing (e.g. Playwright), limited to: * definition of quality criteria for E2E tests, * review and validation of automated test results, * methodological enablement of involved teams.
