NTT DATA is looking for high-achieving team players that are quickly adaptable to new challenges and entrepreneurial ventures. We are looking for a Adobe Experience Platform Marketing Specialist to work 100% onsite in Miami, FL with our global client. Must be bilingual in Spanish or Portuguese.
We are seeking a highly skilled Adobe Experience Platform Marketing Specialist with hands-on expertise in Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) and Adobe Marketo to design, configure, and execute data-driven digital campaigns.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Design digital marketing campaigns including audience targeting, messaging, channels, sequencing, and timing
- →Define campaign logic (who receives what message and when)
- →Set KPIs, success criteria, and reporting requirements before campaign launch
- →Translate marketing requirements into campaign builds within Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO)
- →Configure campaigns, audiences, rules, triggers, and journeys in Adobe platforms
- →Ensure consistency across messaging, segmentation, channels, and timing
- →Validate campaign setup including audiences, rules, content, and tracking
- →Execute campaign go-live and ensure accuracy and quality
- →Partner with marketing, analytics, technology, and compliance teams
- →Monitor campaign performance and track against KPIs
- →Analyze campaign results and provide insights and recommendations
- →Continuously optimize campaigns and improve performance
Requirements
~1 min read- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, CRM, campaign management, or marketing automation
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO)
- Bilingual in Spanish or Portuguese
- Strong hands-on experience with Adobe Marketo
- Proven experience building and launching campaigns in Adobe tools
- Experience working cross-functionally with marketing, technology, analytics, and compliance
- Experience in regulated industries (financial services preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
