NTT Data seeks high-achieving team players who quickly adapt to new challenges and entrepreneurial ventures. We are looking for a IT Specialist/IT Support Specialist to work onsite in Arlington, VA 3 days/week.
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented IT Specialist / IT Support Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. This role will focus on setting up and configuring laptops for contractors, providing technical support, and collaborating with a global IT team to maintain smooth tech operations across the organization.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Set up and configure laptops, user accounts, and permissions for contractors and new hires.
- →Provide hands-on technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and connectivity issues (primarily onsite).
- →Partner with the global IT team to escalate and resolve complex technical issues and ensure alignment with global standards.
- →Track and maintain IT inventory, including hardware assignments and equipment returns.
- →Ensure devices are updated, secure, and compliant with organizational policies.
- →Support IT aspects of onboarding and offboarding, including account provisioning and data recovery.
- →Manage user access in systems such as Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and other enterprise applications.
- →Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining professionalism in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements

- 1+ years of experience in an IT support or helpdesk role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems, Microsoft 365, and common IT tools.
- Experience with hardware setup, imaging, and device management.
- Familiarity with Active Directory and basic network troubleshooting.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with remote/global teams.
- Part-time: 3 days per week (onsite in Arlington, VA)
- Flexible scheduling available within standard business hours
