Service Advisor_4 (Hyundai NK)

As a Service Advisor, you'll be the primary connection between our customers and our service technicians. Responsibilities include:

• →Greet customers and provide an exceptional service experience
• →Schedule service appointments and prepare repair orders
• →Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle needs
• →Review recommended maintenance and repairs with customers
• →Provide clear estimates and keep customers updated throughout the repair process
• →Communicate with technicians to ensure repairs are completed accurately and on time
• →Review completed work and invoices with customers
• →Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
• →Build long-term customer relationships and promote customer retention
• →Maintain accurate records and follow dealership processes and manufacturer guidelines

• Previous automotive service advisor experience preferred
• Dealership experience is a plus
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Ability to multitask in a busy, fast-paced environment
• Comfortable using dealership computer systems and technology
• Professional, positive, team-oriented attitude
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
