NurseCore is seeking an overnight weekends RN/LPN to provide one-on-one care in the patient’s home for a 7-month-old male. Recent hands-on experience with G-tube, tracheostomy, and ventilator care is required, as all three skills are essential for this case.

Pay:

$500 SIGN-ON BONUS!
LPN: $27/hour
RN: $40/hour

Schedule:

10:00 PM – 6:00 AM - Saturday and Sundays

What You'll Do:

Manage tracheostomy care, ventilator support, airway management, suctioning, G-tube feedings, and medication administration.
Monitor the patient's condition and respond promptly to respiratory changes.
Follow physician orders and the individualized plan of care while working independently.
Communicate effectively with the patient's family and NurseCore clinical team.
Complete accurate, timely documentation.

Requirements:

Active Nevada RN or LPN license.
At least one year of post-graduate nursing experience.
Recent hands-on experience caring for patients with G-tubes, tracheostomies, and ventilators.
Current hands-on BLS/CPR certification.
Negative TB test completed within the past year.
