Warehouse Supervisor - Fulfillment

The Fulfillment Supervisor is responsible for ensuring that all customer orders are shipped on time. The Fulfillment Supervisor’s responsibilities include but are not limited to supervision, safety management, developing standards, managing processes, surveillance skills, inventory control, reporting skills, analyzing information, and equipment maintenance. Ensure adherence to food safety policies, practices, and standards (e.g. GMP, HAACP, etc) across the warehouse and documenting and escalating food safety concerns to the food safety team for action; in addition to ensuring compliance with local, state, and national food safety regulations, including Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA) or other applicable standards. This role reports to the Sr. Operations Manager In the case of an absence, the Sr Operations Manager will serve as the back up.

• →1 - 4 years of experience managing people
• →Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high quality standards
• →Experience in HACCP, allergen control, GMP, and sanitation
• →Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem solving skills
• →Familiarity with computer systems including Google Suite
• →Ability to work a Sunday - Wednesday schedule during operating hours
• →Bilingual - Spanish is a plus!
