Responsibilities

→Bachelor’s Degree in Facilities Management, Business or equivalent.
→At least 1 year of experience in building management, facilities maintenance or management, and/or transportation systems maintenance or management.
→Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills.
→Proven ability to work in a team environment and on individual projects with minimal oversight.
→Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Access, and PowerPoint.
→Valid driver’s license required.
→Availability for 24 hour on-call response.
→Ability to establish New York City residency within 180 days of starting.

Salary Range

$70,000—$72,000 USD
