Support end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and candidate management.

Assist with talent mapping, market research, and recruitment tools/ATS.
Coordinate hiring events and maintain data accuracy and confidentiality.
Support L&D activities, including training calendars, attendance records, feedback, and impact tracking.
Help create process maps, maintain HR documentation, and share information with stakeholders.
Act as a liaison between employees, managers, and HR to resolve concerns.
Assist in HR operations, compliance and special projects.
Manage day-to-day finance and accounting operations with accuracy
Handle foreign payments, bank reconciliation, invoicing, online payments, expense reimbursements, and cash flow management
Perform ledger scrutiny and balance confirmations with vendors/clients
Coordinate with banks, vendors, and suppliers for payments and reconciliations
Maintain accurate books of accounts and financial records
Basic understanding of financial statements, CAPEX/OPEX, and financial ratios
Conduct physical verification of ongoing project costs and periodic bank visits
Manage GST/TDS returns, statutory filings, and coordinate with GST consultants and internal departments
Conduct synthesis & purification of Scale up molecules in gm to kg scale
Independently handle 50L, 100L GLR assembly
Basic knowledge of technology transfer from PR&D to plant scale
In-depth knowledge of Process research and development, scale up as well as non-GMP
Interpret 1H NMR, HPLC/LCMS analysis
Apply knowledge of purification techniques at gm to kg scale
Focus on delivering projects from initiation to completion
Collaborate effectively with the team
Solid verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of candidates/employees via phone and e-mail
Process-oriented, with a high level of attention to detail and ability to exercise critical judgment
A strong work ethic – the ability to work on their own initiative and manage own time effectively
Proactive and a result driven mindset
Ability to build effective and trusted relationships across the HR function
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
Strong English communication skills (written & verbal)
Self-motivated team player with ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Flexible to work in shifts/extended hours when required.
M.Sc Organic Chemistry
Minimum 2 years of experience and Maximum 6 years of experience in Process R&D
Must have knowledge of GLR or SSR and also about technology transfer
Adherence to safe practices and procedures
Must have good manual dexterity and demonstrate careful attention to detail
Interpersonal skills to interact effectively with people in other departments
Work collaboratively with others and be able to adapt to various work assignments
Must be able to prioritize and organize work responsibilities in order to meet deadlines
Must possess a great deal of integrity to maintain confidentiality
