Requirements
~1 min read- Ph.D. or master’s in industrial/organizational psychology from an accredited institution.
- 5+ years conducting job analysis, assessments, and workforce studies.
- Must have or be able to obtain and maintain a top-secret security clearance and be a U.S. Citizen.
- Proficiency in designing studies, collecting data, and applying statistical analysis to understand workforce issues and develop solutions.
- Strong abilities in both written and verbal communication to effectively convey findings and recommendations to various stakeholders.
- The ability to interpret complex data and use it to make informed decisions about HR policies, employee training, and organizational development.
- Familiarity with statistical software (like SPSS, R, or SAS) and computer applications used in data analysis and report generation.
- Ability to work and communicate with different levels of staff and management.
- Additional licensures, certifications, or training in specific assessment tools, statistical software, or methodologies relevant to industrial and organizational psychology is a plus.

Responsibilities

- →Analyze current career progression frameworks, processes, etc.
- →Obtain stakeholder insights through focus groups, interviews, or surveys.
- →Analyze data using statistical methods to evaluate and improve organizational effectiveness.
- →Conduct benchmarking and identification of best practices.
- →Recommend and develop career progression models based on needs assessment.
- →Develop implementation strategies, roadmaps and tools.
- →Create reports and briefings to present to leadership.
