At Ocean Beach Health, we believe exceptional care starts with compassion, collaboration, and community. In this role, you'll provide comprehensive, patient-centered primary care while building long-term relationships with patients and families in a supportive, rural coastal setting.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive primary care services for women and pediatric patients, including preventive care, acute visits, and chronic condition management

  • Conduct well-child visits, women's health exams, and age-appropriate screenings

  • Diagnose and treat common illnesses and conditions across the lifespan of women and children

  • Educate patients and families on wellness, preventive care, and healthy lifestyle choices

  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate referrals and continuity of care

  • Maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with clinical standards and policies

  • Current Washington State license as an ARNP, MD, or DO (or ability to obtain prior to start date)

  • Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience required; women's health, pediatrics, family medicine, or primary care experience preferred

  • Strong clinical decision-making, communication, and patient education skills

  • Comfort working both independently and collaboratively in a primary care environment

  • Experience with EHR systems; Epic experience is a plus
