Senior Manager, Finance

• →Identify the key metrics and processes we haven't thought to look at yet, and turn them into new cornerstones of our financial strategy
• →Build financial models and KPIs (sales funnels, forecasts) that hold business leaders accountable to revenue targets
• →Lead annual budgeting, monthly forecasting, and cash flow management; challenge business leaders to find efficiencies; own the financial tech stack, including AI tools that help us scale
• →Oversee financials from our external bookkeepers against forecast and deliver high-impact month-end packages to leadership
• →Manage the year-end audit process end-to-end, including drafting key technical accounting papers.
• →Complete Quarterly Reporting  draft the financial narrative and reporting packages for investors and the Board of Directors

• 6+ years of relevant experience with a CPA/CA designation (required)
• You love building and improving processes and tools, and you're always mastering something new
• Experience owning and building  business cases that shift company direction, and can explain the “why” behind the numbers to anyone in the building
• Advanced financial modeling and FP&A experience, including business cases and monthly statement analysis, come naturally to you
• Ideal candidates thrive in fast-paced environments and bring advanced Excel skills (required), plus Google Workspace/Microsoft Suite fluency, to automate the mundane
• Self-starter who manages multiple high-stakes, confidential projects and delivers under tight deadlines

• ODAIA is a remote first organization, with employees located across Canada and the US. Our Finance team gathers at the Hub a couple of times a month on Thursdays. Our primary office Hub is located in central downtown Toronto and walking distance from Union Station.

The anticipated base salary for this position ranges from $140,000 - $160,000 CAD

This range represents ODAIA's good-faith estimate based on current market data and internal equity. Final compensation is determined through a comprehensive review of the successful candidate’s unique skill set, specialized experience, certifications and other relevant considerations. As such, the final offer may vary based on these specific factors. Salary expectations will be discussed collaboratively early in the process to ensure alignment. This role is also eligible for health benefits, stock options and flexible time off policies as mentioned above.
