- Monitor and analyze live esports matches to produce probability models and outcome forecasts.

- Continuously refine model outputs using your deep understanding of specific game titles.

- Collaborate with our math and data teams to enhance modeling tools and applications.

- Conduct post-match reviews to refine predictive models and future forecasts.

- Participate in the development of new projects and titles within the esports ecosystem.

- Strong communication skills in English (B2 level or higher).

- Excellent knowledge of at least one major esports title: Dota 2, LoL, CS2, Mobile Legends, Call of Duty, Rainbow Six Siege, freefire, crossfire 

- Familiarity with probabilities and forecasting concepts (not a foreign concept to you).

- Willingness to learn trading strategies.

- Ability to make quick, accurate judgments based on live match data.

- Strong sense of responsibility, proactivity, and reliability.

- Flexible availability to match global esports schedules.

- Previous experience in odds modeling, sports analytics, or a related role.

- Background in esports performance analytics or trading operations.

- Current or former competitive/professional esports player in at least one of the mentioned titles.

- Advanced knowledge of Dota 2, CS2, Valorant, or League of Legends.
