Strategy Associate to the Co-Founder – Realms Group (Oddin.gg)
Quick Summary
Location: Remote / Flexible / Within CET timezone (+/-2h) Reporting to: Co-Founder & Group Head of Strategic Transition and Growth The Mission: To be the force multiplier for the Founder as we scale the Realms Group ecosystem.
This is not a traditional Business Development nor an Analytics role. You are the Founder’s right hand. Your job is to make the Founder 10x more effective by taking ownership of the "thinking" and "preparing" phases of new ventures.
We are looking for a rare hybrid: someone with the zealous client centricity, analytical rigor of a top-tier consultant and the "get-it-done" grit of a founder. Consulting Pedigree: Ideally, you have a background at McKinsey, BCG, or Bain.
