Hotel Nassau is looking for you — someone who is enthusiastic about preparing and presenting breakfast for our guests and who possesses the following qualities:

  Preparing and maintaining the breakfast buffet;

  Independently carrying out mise-en-place activities;

  Checking ingredients for freshness, shelf life, and quality;

  Preparing and/or passing on orders according to recipes;

  Receiving and storing delivered goods;

  Ensuring compliance with HACCP guidelines;

  Additional tasks may include preparing lunches for meetings and events.
