Lifeguard - Morning Shift

The City of O'Fallon is looking for energetic and dependable team members for the position of Lifeguard for the morning and daytime shifts. Are you looking for a part-time opportunity where you can use your skills in decision making, problem solving and dealing with the public? Our Lifeguards enjoy a flexible schedule along with a fun work environment. Earn competitive pay with an expected starting rate of pay of $15.70 hourly, with opportunity of increase every 750 hours worked.

As part of our Recreation Department, this position plays an important role in the safety of the patrons of Renaud Center in and around the pool. Generally, you'll work daytime schedules approximately 25 hours per week.
