About the Role

At Ogilvy, we are looking for a Junior Account Executive for the Brand & Advertising & Customer Experience department in our Madrid office. We seek a multidisciplinary and versatile profile, capable of leading multichannel projects across both online and offline media. 

Responsibilities

  • Managing all types of ATL and BTL campaigns (online and offline). This includes everything from receiving the client's brief to developing the creative by the agency teams and the final delivery of campaign assets.
  • Preparing briefs, coordinating, and managing clients and suppliers.
  • Ensuring the outcome aligns with the specifications in the brief.
  • Coordinating and monitoring the production associated with each project or campaign, both in terms of time and budget.
  • Executing internal procedures related to the project.
  • Anticipating the needs of projects and clients.
  • Budget control for assigned clients.
  • Business-oriented approach.

  • 1-2 years of experience managing both online and offline advertising campaigns.
  • Education: Degree in Advertising and Public Relations. A Master's degree is a plus.
  • English: High level (C1).

  • Permanent contract.
  • Working hours: Monday to Thursday from 09:00 to 18:00 with a one-hour lunch break, and Fridays from 09:00 to 15:00. During July and August, working hours will be 09:00 to 15:00.
  • Location: Calle Ríos Rosas, 26, 28003 Madrid.
  • Flexible working hours.
