Tech Account Supervisor

At Ogilvy, we are seeking a Tech Account Supervisor for our PR & Influence department in our Madrid office. We are looking for someone with a minimum of 3 years' experience in a corporate supervisor position, possessing strategic capability, leadership, and communication skills, and able to integrate the best of traditional and digital communication. Experience in digital reputation management is highly valued. 

• →Translating client needs into creative communication plans.
• →Maintaining daily contact with clients to promptly inform them of progress and identify needs.
• →Fostering fluid relationships with both specialist and general media outlets.
• →Organising and overseeing the correct execution of tasks by team members.
• →Being a team player: working collaboratively, both locally and internationally, to develop 360-degree communication projects.
• →Fluently drafting and translating (primarily English-Spanish) various press materials: press releases, media alerts, press kits, fact sheets, statements, etc.
• →Organising events.
• →Supervising the preparation of results reports.
• →Budget control.

• Experience: At least 3 years of experience in corporate communication within communication agencies.
• Education: A degree in Journalism or Advertising and Public Relations, with excellent writing skills.
• Excellent level of English.

• Permanent contract.
• Working hours: Monday to Thursday from 09:00 to 18:00 with a one-hour lunch break, and Fridays from 09:00 to 15:00. During July and August, working hours will be 09:00 to 15:00.
