Ninja Instructor - Part or Full Time (No Experience Necessary)

Are you ready to bring the energy, inspire kids, and have a blast doing it? Ohio Sports Academy is looking for enthusiastic Ninja instructors to join our award-winning team in Springboro, OH. We’re hiring for both full-time and part-time roles, with shifts available 1 to 5 days a week. Whether you're a seasoned coach or just someone who loves working with kids, we want to meet you!

What is Ninja?

Our Ninja program is where parkour, martial arts, vaulting, and so much more meets purpose. It’s high-energy, fast-paced, and focused on building strength, agility, and character. Think flips, kicks, obstacle courses, and confidence-boosting challenges—all designed to help kids grow inside and out.

Available Hours:

• Weekdays: 3:30 PM – 9:00 PM
• Saturdays: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM

Experience is great—but not required!

We value experience and it’s reflected in our offers, but we’re also happy to train the right person. All training and certifications, including background checks, are paid by us.

A Few of the Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Lead warm-ups and teach age-appropriate ninja skills
• Keep student notes updated and track progress
• Maintain a safe, inclusive, and encouraging environment
• Set up and clean up equipment
• Pitch in wherever needed to keep the gym running smoothly
• Celebrate student successes—pictures included!
